林子大了，什么鸟都有。所以，个人的问题，不能直接反映所属组织的情况。比如这两天热门话题中的某校博导诱奸女生，并不能因此就认为该校有诱奸传统，把污名往这所学校上扩大。但个人所属组织对这些情况的态度是不是睁只眼闭只眼，至少可以反映这个组织的自洁能力，并不可避免地影响其长期声誉。

2004 年 5 月，诺贝尔经济学奖得主弗里德曼接受采访时说了一段著名的话，这段话在中文互联网上被简化为：“花自己的钱办自己的事最为经济；花自己的钱给别人办事最有效率；花别人的钱给自己办事最为浪费；花别人的钱为别人办事最不负责任。”

原文是：“There are four ways in which you can spend money. You can spend your own money on yourself. When you do that, why then you really watch out what you’re doing, and you try to get the most for your money. Then you can spend your own money on somebody else. For example, I buy a birthday present for someone. Well, then I’m not so careful about the content of the present, but I’m very careful about the cost. Then, I can spend somebody else’s money on myself. And if I spend somebody else’s money on myself, then I’m sure going to have a good lunch! Finally, I can spend somebody else’s money on somebody else. And if I spend somebody else’s money on somebody else, I’m not concerned about how much it is, and I’m not concerned about what I get. And that’s government. And that’s close to 40% of our national income. ”

所以更准确的简化表述应该是：花自己的钱办自己的事我们会权衡性价比；花自己的钱给别人办事我们会尽量节省；花别人的钱给自己办事我们会不惜价钱只买最好的；花别人的钱为别人办事我们不会在意花了多少也不会在意买到什么。
